I ordered a large mocha at the drive thru, which took them less than 2 minutes to make and less than 60 seconds at the window for me to pay. When I was handed the machine I was greeted with “it’s just gonna ask you a few questions” and a minimum tip option of $1 on an order that was $7.40, and the next suggested option was $2. I get that times are tough but gimmie a break, you don’t deserve a 20-30 tip for less than a minute of pleasant conversation and handing me my coffee thru a window. If the pay isn’t satisfactory get a real job, don’t pressure people into giving you more money for an already overpriced cup of coffee.

Honestly the nicest baristas I've encountered in a Starbucks. Great service and super friendly. My mom was trying coffee there for the first time and they were super accommodating and helpful. Thanks guys great service!!
