My husband and I took a break from Freshii for a couple of years due to several negative experiences. However, we decided to give it another try. The lady working tonight was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which really made our visit enjoyable. My Buddha's Satay bowl was the best I’ve ever had. She was fantastic! On our first visit, I ordered the Smokehouse Burrito with steak, and it had an off taste. Additionally, the person who prepared our food looked visibly unwell. We decided to overlook that experience, but our second visit was no better. This time, my bowl was cold, and the rice was hard and crunchy—I'm not sure if it was undercooked or just old. Although we ordered later in the day, I don't believe the quality should drop during that time. Overall, our experience was disappointing. Definitely my favourite Freshii location. Everytime I come here I’m greeted with happy energy and a smile. Today, I was helped by Lovepreet, who created a bowl perfectly to my allergy restrictions and made sure my bowl was safe for me to eat. It’s very hard to find that care in food nowadays so I appreciate her help very much. Not only was she helpful with my bowl, she had great energy and was super kind. Fantastic customer service here.
