Contribute Feedback What Adam Corroa doesn't like about Subway:
I was in line behind another customer before ten. They close at ten but I was denied service due to the lady in front of me being chosen as last customer. Even after I stood while she was making other sandwiches. She had plenty of time to make the lady in front and mine. View all feedback.
What a gem is working at this location in Clearbrook, VA! Shannon (I believe that was her name) was the only one working with a line of people waiting to order. She demonstrated a professional calmness as she took and prepared our order quickly and we never felt rushed. We were traveling and took the subs to go and they were probably the best subs we ever had from subway and they didn 't fall apart like the other subs I have purchased in the past. When I asked if she could cut our foot longs in 4 pieces, she happily took care of that for us. These days it is so hard to find good help and many would have closed down shop if having to serve all those people by themselves. This girl did whatever it took to serve each one of us and she should be recognized by corporate in whatever ways possible. Our tip certainly didn 't cover her commitment to her job and the Subway brand.

Never in a million years did I think I would be on here leaving a 5 star review for a Subway but here I am on the 4th of July weekend, after stopping at the Flying J subway, leaving a 5 star review. I should have caught their names but they were swamped when we stopped in. The young lady and the young gentleman who were working there today were rather fabulous. The gentleman was very tall, soft spoken, kind and eager to make sure he got everything right. The young lady was on the short side (I can say this because I too am vertically challenged) with Dark red hair. She was quick to restock and help her co-worker out in between jazzing up the subs as he slid them down to her. Our subs were made exactly how we wanted them made and the #3 on a wrap is a new favorite of mine for sure. Well done you two, well done indeed!!
Subway takes a long time for a sandwich two people serve a customer and still Hasi takes a long time
