Mind you I ordered food on line cause in a bit of a hurry n now food will be cold because I'm now 5th in line for drive thru.

I was under the impression it was just a flavor and not a creamer. All they said was?you got the pumpkin swirl, it doesn?t have dairy.? Looked it up it does. If you have an allergy, don?t bother going here.They clearly don?t care.

This Dunkin is probably the best one I've been too. The employees are always friendly. The food is usually good n hot and right.. I order coffee almost EVERY DAY before work (Amazon, right behind the building , and usually it?s perfect. Today- not so much. I enjoy a ?dirty? chai every now again, soI figured I?d get my usual order (usually a cold brew with cold foam in chai form with cold foam and an extra shot of espresso.I recieved this, and the woman working about RAN out of the window when I looked a little confused as to what she was handingme. If I pay extra for something, I?m expecting that something to be included in/with my drink, especially when it?s almost adollar to add it. They want a pay raise but can?t follow the simplest of instructions. I order online for a reason- for myorder to be exactly how I want it, and it still comes out messed up. (Included pics of my order, and my drink, with the label,so it?s not like it was some secretive thing- it?s out in the open.
