I was a little concerned after reading the last reviews, but we had an amazing dinner! we had two adult and two children with drinks, apps, salad, escape and dessert. service was great and every small hiccup was immediately processed. that was delicious. we will definitely come back! What User doesn't like about Portals:
We were not greeted at the reception when we arrived. My partner's dinner was decent, but mine was bland and mediocre. The service was generally good, though we felt rushed to place our order and leave. I had to pack my own leftovers, which I didn’t mind, but it did come across as a bit unprofessional. Lovely waitress. Thanksgiving dinner was very nice and would appeal to most diners. Beautiful view.
Nice people but very slow service could use some additional training.
Food was a little slow, there was a conference present, they ran out of quite a few things which is sad and poor planning.
