Everything was working great then 1 day I wasn't able to get my code to get into my account for approximately 1 month. It started to work and then the website was down for a very long time. Then it was up and running. I tried to place an order for pickup and I should have had my free coffee but it said I had to pay for it. I cancelled my subscription in early February and you took out $9.99 for February and now I see you took out $9.99 out of my account for March 2024. I am very very upset and and can't get anywhere. I call corporate and it is constantly busy. I guess I am going to have to stop payment through my bank. I believe I should be refunded for 5 months. So disappointed and frustrated.

After I ordered my shake I walked over to use the restroom but it was “out of order” So I asked the person that took my order where the nearest restroom was and how long will it take to make my protein shake. she told me I had time. It took me 10 minutes to come back from using the restroom. They didn’t even start making my shake until I waited for a couple minutes and she noticed me standing there. This gravity is the first walk in shop that I’ve came across and was excited to check out but the inconvenience was a huge disappointment!! They also missed out on a pleather of potential customers that probably came in to do the very same thing but they seen that both restrooms were out of order and left.

The girl helping us at the register had attitude and was not very friendly. I ordered ales sweet drink and don’t think it was less sweet.
