I highly recommend the meat rib. I didn’t read the menu carefully and overreacted when I saw the word "rib," so I ordered it with shiny fries instead of mashed potatoes and vegetables. Nice pub with great outdoor area for families a separate area for children which looked great. Plenty of staff behind the bar. All very polite helpful
Had a really nice meal here today, (Lamb Sunday roast followed by spotted dick with ice cream) service was excellent, food great and the manager (I assume) went out of his way to help and accommodate us. Would highly recommend booking as it was very busy but worth while!

I've been to this restaurant several times, and each visit has been a delightful experience. I enjoyed scallops for my starter, followed by Moroccan lamb cutlets. My family tried the soup, snails, and pâté, as well as turkey and steak, all of which were delicious. The service was excellent as well. If you prefer a livelier atmosphere, you can eat in the bar area, but it's much quieter in the restaurant.
