Honestly so rude I rang them to inform them about missing items, the first person I spoke to was fine the second person who claimed to be the manager was so rude! He rang me back and said there was nothing missing and called me a liar then when I said I’d show him my ticket on just eat and that things was missing he got defensive and said I was being rude and flipped it round on me and said I was the rude one and that his ticket said different he interrupted me on many occasions and said i interrupted him and was not nice in the slightest! I hate complaining been going here for years but I won’t be going again.

We have been using Clay Cross Tandoori for several weeks and the food is absolutely delicious. It is always hot when delivered and the service is brilliant too. We can absolutely recommend this takeaway with no hesitation at all Service: Delivery Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food always been good but Sheek Kebab starters have been a bit poor,quite small and chewy. Ordered last night and don't know if they've a new chef but Sheeks were great as was rest of food. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30

Ordered from here on the phone and through justeat app. Both times i have ordered the food, has always been amazing , food is so tasty with great portions sizes and ok on price. I highly recommend to all and I can promise you won't be disappointed with it at all. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

Truly awful service. Ordered online and was given initially a 30 50 minute estimate, which then changed to a 1hr25 1hr45. After said time, rang several times, querying where it was and got hung up on twice. Refused delivery at 2.5 hours and complaint raised with Just Eat.
