Smokin Chikin - Clarksville

We stopped by on our way home from vacation and are already thinking about a return trip the next time we are even remotely close. The chicken was amazing as was the street corn salad and hummus. I tried a bite of my kids Mac and cheese to see if it had cooled off enough and it was incredible.Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian option for a chicken place and were well marked in the menu.

My pita bread was left out of my order. And my kids fries had too many rotten pieces of potato

The food was great and customer service was great. Everything was well seasoned and flavorful. I definitely will be back and will be recommending this restaurant to others !

So I finally tried the 'Smokin ' Chicken restaurant near where I work, I went for lunch and only two tables had people.....now I know why, I ordered the qtr chicken with a Caribbean sauce, cole slaw, and broccoli...The chicken was very dry and overcooked with the skin burnt black, there was maybe a teaspoon of drippings under the chicken which must have been the sauce but it didn 't make up for the overcooked chicken, the slaw was tasteless, again a half teaspoon of liquid was present but creamy slaw was nowhere to be found and finally if you enjoy tough raw broccoli...then you will love this place! Oh, I ordered takeout and was not provided utensils.....then again plastic forks and knives would have broken trying to eat this....The young gentlemen who served me was great.......needless to say, I will not return and understand why there were so many vacant tables at the height of lunch hour!!
