We ordered five different flavors of bone-in wings and they were all fantastic! The mango habanero, buffalo, pineapple teriyaki, lemon pepper, and garlic parmesan were all delicious. We also ordered a turkey sandwich and the wings were still hot when we received them. We will definitely be ordering from here again! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about It's Just Wings:
The fries were limp and not finished. The wings were not seasoned, just coated in sauce. If the specialty of the restaurant is wings, they should be better than what I can make at home. Unfortunately, they weren't. View all feedback.
We have the buffalo and the honeyspanel wings. wings were not even half covered with sauce. looks like they've got the sauce up there. also that seemed like it was reheated.
The wings are horrid, watered down ranch. Cold very cold wings like not cooked in the last 2 hours cold. Very little sauce. I tried this place just to give it a go, the other reviews are spot on. This place should be and needs to be closed. Fries cardboard
You can’t really tell from the pic but most the “wings” aren’t even a inch long. Barley any sauce on wings. Ranch on the side was literally the texture of water. Don’t order from here waste of money
SCAM! The food is not what looks like as well as it is a run around to get your money back. Also it's just chili's not worth the wasted time considering it.
I ordered a 16 piece with fries and a drink. Came home, opened up my boxes and was shocked to see a 14 piece. Not the end of the world, so I called the restaurant to let them know. After some discussion of how to resolve the issue (paid for 16 and got 14) I was given the offer of either driving to the store for a new 16 piece (30 minute drive) or I could get a refund. I agreed to the refund of course, but was asked to call back in an hour because they were busy and the manager would handle the refund at that time. No problem. I called back a little over an hour later and I was told the the manager gave bad information (what employee makes the determination that their manager gave bad information) and was directed to a website. The offer for new wings was even rescinded.The wings themselves were gummy, soggy and they skimp so hard on the sauces. You might as well just order plain wings and sauce them yourselves at home (that's what we had to do anyways).It's whatever dudes. It's two wings. I'm not even mad. I'm never going to eat their again though. As I look through these comments, I clearly am not the only one.P.S. If you are the owner and are really concerned, take a hard look at your personnel and processes. Your business will fail if you don't.
