I would have uploaded a video if it would have let me. The food was definitely not up to par today. The grits were runny the bacon was raw and so were the pancakes. Environment was very friendly though and so was our server Shannon.. she was absolutely amazing!!! View all feedback.
What r d doesn't like about Cracker Barrel Old Country Store:
Placed a to-go order which the person apparently did not understand English. Repeated order three times to confirm. When receiving order I could understand that the to-go person does not represent the professionalism I usually experience from this location. The date was 29-December-2022. The time I called to-go order was 2:01 pm. Please get this person in a new position. Order was jacked up worse than a bad taco bell... View all feedback.
Food was delicious, our waitress was okay. Found lots of stuff in the store and the cashier was amazing!
Excellent food in a crowded and noisy chain restaurant that was understaffed.
I'm not gonna wait behind 55 hungry people for their food in order for me to get served. I just left and went home and cooked.
Despite some hiccups, we had a wonderful meal. Alissa and Becca went abive and beyond to make things right.
