All the food was great. The best burger I have ever had and amazing pizza and pulled pork sandwich. The desert I got to was amazing. All the staff were super kind and they have wonderful events some nights including bingo and live music. What User doesn't like about Chief's Lake:
Plenty of room outside for large gatherings.. The only thing and this is big. They only had one bartender....we had a group of 12...not to mention live music outside. 200 people...did I mention only one bartender to serve 200 people....im sure this was a isolated saturday View all feedback.
The food had a strong vinegar taste that overshadowed everything else. Considering the high prices, especially for a lunch outing, I was expecting better. The coleslaw resembled sausage gravy, and the fries were still hard and very much like raw potatoes. The onion rings were tough and made with purple onions, which was disappointing. To top it off, the drinks were nearly the same price as an appetizer! This will be my first and last visit. The atmosphere felt more like a bar than a restaurant.

This lively dive bar is a fantastic spot to stop by during a ride. They serve delicious pizza and the service is outstanding!

As first-time visitors, we absolutely loved this place! Every single person we encountered, from the staff to the other customers, was warm and a pleasure to talk to. The owner personally prepared the food, and it was delicious. He even sells eggs! We will definitely return. Price per person: $10–20. Food: 5/5. Service: 5/5. Atmosphere: 5/5.
