Ruby Tuesday - Clarksburg

Great salad bar. Music was a bit loud today but it didn’t keep us from talking. One in our party ordered country style ribs and they were tough and overcooked. Manager quickly fixed by offering something else. All other entrees were very good. Just ate here again, we are frequent customers. The single smash burger a not recommended. Very small amount of meat.

The sandwich was so greasy it soaked into the fries, the waitress acted rude.

Rhonda and the staff were excellent and fast, friendly and courteous. Rhonda took special time to make sure we were well taken care of she made the most amazing drinks I had had a doctor's appointment today they told me I had to have surgery and I was a little down and out and Rhonda just stepped in and was just an amazing person to me today I just want to let everyone know that she deserves the best of the best and thank you Rhonda

Haven't been to this Ruby Tuesday, for years....so we were in the mood for the salad bar , so we decided to stop....The salad bar was okay ....seemed as it was a lot smaller ....our waitress felt it was more important to either talk on her phone or to her co-workers......And sure the manager was sitting at the bar paying no mind The food for the price was definitely smaller and it was just okay. When you pay a $60 for a meal ...you should feel like you got your money's worth....

Omg everything looks so good and delicious and the service was great. And the waitress Rhonda was so nice, kind, patience and very helpful on getting what we needed. Everything look so organized and neat (clean and everything.
