I have to leave 1 star simply because we waited over 45 minutes with a reservation. This is the longest I have ever had to wait for a table, reservation or not. I was just about ready to leave by the time we were sat, especially because I have a bad knee. This sort of wait time for a reservation is, to me, unacceptable. The kicker was our reservation was for 7:30 in the dining room, but people with reservations for 8:00 of our same party size were sat in the dining room before us, yet we were eventually sat in the café after them just past 8:15. As mentioned in another review, it seemed these people might have been some sort of “special patrons” who were simply more important to them than our Valentine’s Day reservation. Only go to this place if you're willing to stand for an hour before being seated with a reservation in hand. Hart Kitchen is just around the bend and it is better, cheaper, faster, and the staff are nicer and less overworked.
