Policano's Food And Drink - Clarksburg

We waited for several months before going to eat here to let them work out all the problems opening a new place brings. So we were looking forward to dinner. At 4:50 we ordered dinner. At 5:35 we were still waiting. The bartender and her co workers couldn?t pull themselves away from the bar long enough to fill anyone?s drinks or check on us. There were four tables in there and finally the guy at the next table said hey if you to guys would be quiet maybe the rest of us could get some service. After around 45 minutes we got our food. It wasn?t hot. And she never came back with ketchup for the fries which my boyfriend requested and never came back to refill our drinks. Very disappointed and won?t be back. Won?t be recommending it to anyone.

Sincerely disappointed. Went to have a drink and listen to live music. The music was great. The service? Poor. Short-staffed. 1 bartender, 1 wait staff. We were ignored for 20 minutes. It could be a nice place, but they need to work on it.

I've just moved to WV and thus was the first restaurant I've been to. Coincidentally, it's also the first time I've ever had fried ravioli or Fish and Chips; but MAN it was GOOD. My food was made in. Timely manner, the staff was incredibly friendly it was just a good time all around. I hope the rest of my time in this state ends up being this pleasant.
