Manhattan Pizza Clarksburg

I recently dined at Manhattan Pizza in Clarksburg, and it was once again outstanding! The pizza and other dishes were excellent, and the service was top-notch.

The food is delicious. We order delivery often. We’ve had trouble with them forgetting sauces, but Overall exceptional service

The pizza is so great here. I also like their cheese sticks and the Manhattan Club sandwich which was what I ordered this particular time. Ordered over the phone and it was ready when I got there 20 minutes later. Excellent service.Parking: The parking at Stringtown Road can be dicey and it’s a tight squeeze in there, but in general you can get a spot.

I placed an order for delivery, and it arrived right on time. The pizza was delicious, and I would definitely order from this place again.

It turns out there was an issue with my order; apparently, the kitchen hadn’t received the ticket or something similar. My main grievances are: 1) I was never informed that my order hadn’t been placed despite my call ahead, and 2) no one came to update me on how much longer I would have to wait. I had already waited about 10-15 minutes on top of the initial 20 minutes I spent on the phone. I had to initiate the inquiry myself. Once I requested a refund, apologies started flowing in, but by that time, it was too late. I was hungry, tired, and disappointed. While I won’t blame all Manhattan Pizza locations for the trouble I had at the Clarksburg, MD location, I can confidently say that I will never return there again.
