I stopped at Ellis Restaurant for a late breakfast at 950AM today. The sign said to seat yourself , so I did. After me, other people came in and sat down. All three of those tables were greeted and given menus. I was not. I walked up to the cashier/waitress and asked her for a menu and ordered my drink. 15 minutes later, after another party came in, ordered drinks an received them, I had to ask again for my drink. I was told my food would be ready at 11:30. I showed up at 11:20. It was already sitting there getting cold The portion sizes were an absolute joke. I can understand wanting to save money but there's no excuse to put that small of a portion of mashed potatoes and no gravy. That's just ridiculous.
