I recently had the misfortune of encountering incredibly poor customer service at a Dunkin’ Donuts location. The experience was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share my feedback. The individual at the counter, who was supposed to represent the brand’s customer-friendly image, was, quite frankly, shockingly rude. Their tone was abrasive, and they seemed completely disinterested in helping customers. It was as if they had forgotten that the success of a business largely depends on its customers. My simple request for assistance was met with condescension and impatience. The rudeness was palpable and wholly uncalled for. This is not what anyone expects when visiting a place like Dunkin’ Donuts, which is supposed to offer a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Customer service is a fundamental aspect of any business, and it’s disheartening to encounter such a lack of courtesy and respect. I hope Dunkin’ Donuts takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues with their staff training and management. No customer should ever have to endure such unpleasant treatment. They won't let you use a Dunkin Donuts bathroom without paying.... I have never been to a Dunkin Donuts that makes you pay to use the bathroom. There is an actual lock on the door....

There were 3 people working there. Ashley was the rudest cashier I have ever met in my entire life. I asked for the bathroom code to use the restroom and they said I would have to purchase something. When I said I wanted to go through the drive thru with it family they reiterated I would need to buy something. I bought something from the kiosk to use the bathroom and when I asked for the code, they were very rude. I then requested a refund. Ashley told me that I wasn't allowed to get a refund because we got the code from the bathroom. (didn't even use the bathroom) when I asked for the manager she told me the managers name is Karina and would provide a phone number. Don't ever stop here!!!!!
