When I placed my order with Travis, it disappeared from the screen after I paid, and no one made it. After waiting over 30 minutes, I inquired about my order, and they hastily threw together something that wasn't even what I had requested. I ended up eating it anyway because I was starving. The only napkins and condiments available were what I scavenged from another table. The manager offered me a complimentary frosty, but honestly, I couldn't care less. If I ever consider going to a Wendy's again, I hope I get struck by lightning.
