Food is good(love the Laksa! , but oh the crew staff... Especially the guys at the lower area need to improve their attitudes. Cursing and loud talking because they're busy playing with their phones. It should be a good place to relax, but with that kind of staff? Not so sure anymore. I hope the management will be able to educate them regarding this issue.

It should be a good place to relax, but with that kind of staff? Not so sure anymore. I hope the management will be able to educate their staff regarding this issue.

Good food but staff needs customer service training (or whoever were those on duty Nov 1, 2019 5:30PM onwards). Went there for dinner with husband and 3 year old daughter, staff were chatting behind the counter rather loudly, one of the guys shamelessly cusses around. I had to call their attention and ask them to stop cussing because my child can hear them. Again, food is great, but staff needs training.

Definitely the place to study if you are near Balibago. The place is nice with a fast internet and outlet for your gadget. Studying or chilling out with a cup of coffee or a full mean is definitely perfect in this place. We call it an alternative to the overrated starbucks and coffeebean houses. This place is not too crowded. The menus are a little pricey but all worth it.
