Every time we come we are served by a girl named “Belle” and every time we only see her for the order and then she is clearly overwhelmed with too many tables because we don’t see her again. Tonight we waited over 30 minutes for our table to be cleared, stacked plates in front of us. I can't speak to the in-restaurant experience, but I’m really disappointed with their take-out and delivery service. The presentation and portion sizes vary each time, and it’s common to find missing items, even small ones like croutons. Whenever I order the chicken poutine, the amounts of fries and chicken are noticeably inconsistent. Last night was particularly bad, especially with non-whole chicken pieces. One of my orders was missing a piece of bread for the hot chicken sandwich, had less chicken than usual, and the side was completely missing. For a meal for four people, the bill came to $74 before tip, and that was just for four basic dinners—no dessert, no extras, nothing.
I have to say, this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. They lost the reservation we made. When I compare the quarter chicken festive meal we received to the photo on your website, it's simply pathetic. The vegetables were ice cold, and the stuffing was unpalatable. This was meant to be a celebration for my husband's 60th birthday, but it ended up being a total disappointment. The mashed potatoes tasted like they came from a box. Although we received scratch-off cards, we will not be returning to use them. The quality of the food has declined significantly, and we are finished with it. We spent well over $150 for seven of us, and not a single person enjoyed their meal.
I am contemplating legal action after spending more than $52 on cold, stale fries, old rolls, and flavorless chicken. This restaurant really needs to make significant improvements or consider closing its doors.
The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was excellent, and they kept me updated on my order.
I ordered three dinners and two Caesar salads for curbside pickup. When I got home, I discovered that the salads were missing, even though I had paid for them. I won’t be returning to this restaurant, as their customer service leaves much to be desired.
