Orono Country Cafe - Clarington

Stopped in this place recently while in Orono checking out the antique shops. The inside to the place has a retro diner feel and noticed that they are in the process of updating the floors.The menu is a classic staple menu with all the right favourites you'd find in a all day breakfast place with some added items.The hot sandwiches were delicious as was the soup of the day. The service was very friendly and the prices are very reasonable.I did see another customer getting a milkshake made which I may have to try one next time in town.The place was pretty steady with regulars that the staff seemed to know and I liked the fact that it had that casual atmosphere.I would recommend if your in the area and looking for a reliable and clean place to have a breakfast or lunch.

Food is served fast and good..very friendly local place we frequent especially for breakfast..very friendly staff...the decor could be improved

Wow, it is a great place. home cooked meals with a very easy access off hwy 35-115. This is our go-to place whenever we are in the area. We are very fortunate to find the Orono Cafe. I recommend it to everyone.

Try the German sausage & eggs over easy --- simply DELICIOUS, with generous-sized portions, too…great hash brown browns, done well.

We went to Orono County Cafe and had an outstanding meal with great service. My family and I love to come here!
