Enjoy shops with Pizza Hut in Clarinda, Iowa. Went and spoke to Erin (Manager about our project that we did at the Grandma's Daycare Center. We ordered 10 pizzas and Erin gave us a deal. When we picked her up, he threw an extra in (11 pizzas). Thanks to Pizza hat the clean crew at Grandma's really enjoyed the pizza View all feedback.
What Brian Beery doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Would give negative stars if possible Under cooked, dirty store, ordered delivery had to pick it up. Had to wait for entire order to be redone. Was still under cooked. View all feedback.
Carry out must be 99% of their business. Dine in doesn't even serve a glass of water. Will not return for dine in.
We came in for lunch the staff was fun, very personable, and they were quick making our food(which was so good) Thanks again we will be back!
Ever since they reopened after Covid this place has not been the same half the time deliveries come cold and late and when you call to complain your told oh we were busy or only have 1 driver and they don’t do anything about it I don’t care what the excuse when my order is 45 minutes late and comes cold I want it remade at the minimum but was told to bad they are rude most of the time and the app is a joke you can’t pick what time you want your delivery so you have to call them to tell them and then they tell you they can’t change it the system won’t allow it wouldn’t even bother with them if I didn’t love the breadsticks
They never answer the phone it's like they not really trying to sell any pizza what's the point of having this restaurant if you can't answer the phone wow....
Unfortunately it's understaffed so the workers are super busy but food and customer service is good
