Tropical Grille - Clarendon County

I’ve been going to Tropical Grille at different locations for almost a decade now, and this is the first time I’ve gotten food that wasn’t delicious. The chicken is almost inedibly salty, borderline rubbery, and not grilled for some reason? If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

Awesome food always! The staff here is also very nice and made us feel welcome even though it was close to closing.

The manager here is a friend of mine and he runs this place well, amazing people, good food.

Ya'll have changed the way you make your chicken and it is awful. Been a long time customer, ordered the classic bowl and the taste was 100% different. Why the change? Did other customers complain about the way you previously prepared it and that's why you changed? Because if not why change something that doesn't need to be fixed. The staff said only that location is doing it differently, is that true?

Service was friendly and great tonight but food was so-so, Got a large portion of dry, tasteless chicken. Plantains weren’t quite cooked enough either.
