What Erik O doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
WHY does Chick-fil-A allow franchisees to NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE APP or REWARDS program?!? Furthermore, I just paid $4.06 for a dry biscuit, with COLD egg, cheese and bacon! Obviously pre-made and just sitting around getting cold and dried out. This is an airport location… but that does not excuse ANY of these issues! View all feedback.
