WHY does Chick-fil-A allow franchisees to NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE APP or REWARDS program?!? Furthermore, I just paid $4.06 for a dry biscuit, with COLD egg, cheese and bacon! Location was closed when their listed hours stated they were open.
This place doesn’t live up to Chic-fil-A standards. My husband and I just ordered breakfast, the biscuits are dry and taste old.
So I asked for extra bacon on my b-e-c biscuit…I could tell immediately by the attitude of the lady behind cashier that I wouldn't get it. And the cashier explicitly asked was there extra bacon on the biscuit. The lady lied and said yes. If you're not going to fill a simple request don't charge me an extra $1.41 for it or whatever it was. Made a incorrect breakfast meal almost $10.
Drive thru is q ridiculously long wait. Happens every time I visit the Westside location.
