After half an hour, I called back... read more To make matters worse, when I initially called to inquire about my order, I was told it would take about an hour for delivery. After half an hour, I called back, only to be informed that the driver was on their way back to pick up my order. By the time two and a half hours had passed, my food still hadn't arrived. I called again, and they repeated the same information. Although the food finally arrived shortly after that, it was far from satisfactory. Overall, it was a waste of both time and money. I truly wish I could give 0 stars. They promote their delivery service, but it’s clear they outsource it to third-party carriers. We ordered our food and it took a frustrating 2 and a half hours to arrive, even though we live just 3 minutes away from the restaurant. When the food finally got here, it was decent, but at that point, I was so hungry I could have eaten my own arm. The takeaway here is that if you truly care about yourself, your health, and your appetite, do yourself a favor and order from anywhere other than New Ruby House. After a few bites, I told the waitress it was inedible, but I still had to pay for it. I ended up feeling sick after leaving the restaurant. This was the worst Phat Thai I've ever had—truly disgusting! This restaurant should be inspected!

Prices went up, but so is everything else in Canada. They are the Best Chinese Food in Rockland, compared to others. Food could be warmer on deliveries. I recommend this restaurant to all new residents.
