that is a hidden gem in Claremont, no. they have beyond chickens and burgers. their fresh and delicious subrolls are vegan as well as packing. they can replace all meat products with the above products. they have a homemade vegan chili with soya crumbs. I asked the metzger in the local food about burger substitutes. he showed me what they had and mentioned that best subs served outside of burgers. I went and had one. delicious! they make all sandwiches to order so that I was able to not-meat fillings. it's the only veggie / Vegan option listed on the board, but I suppose they could put together a plant-based sub-sandwich if they want. updated by previous review on 2... I was surprised to stop in this store for a quick dinner. You have a variety of drinks! Coke products, pepsi products, milk, coffee, energy drinks! One for this selection. When looking at their menu, they have a very tasteful menu with ALOT of the options. They also have a healthy choice and offer whole wheat mucosa! I decided to get a roast beef package and a hot dog with sour wort and sponge cheese. The hot dog was absolutely delicious! This was the best hot dog I've ever had, and that's why I'm sitting here to write this review because after about 2 weeks after ordering this, I'm sitting here to long another. Fantastic! If you didn't try, you should.
The staff was so welcoming, the subs were excellent, great menu, delicious truffles. We drove the train and decided to stop. We'll get back
Was blown away from the subs. They are the best subs known to humanity. It was here about a month ago. Checkout lady was super friendly for us.
I recently stumbled upon this hidden gem and I cannot praise it enough! The young ladies working behind the counter were friendly and welcoming, and even gave us some free homemade truffles to enjoy! The subs were both massive and scrumptious. We will definitely be returning soon to indulge in more of their delicious homemade treats. Highly recommended!
I inquired with the butcher at the nearby grocery store about alternatives to burgers. He showed me the options available and recommended trying the Beyond burger at Best Subs. I decided to give it a try and found it to be delicious! They customize all sandwiches according to your preferences, so I was able to request non-meat toppings. Although it is the only vegetarian/vegan option officially listed on the menu board, I believe they would be willing to put together a plant-based sub sandwich if requested. Update from my previous review dated 2019-10-30.
