For pizza of this quality, your next best options would be Santarpios in East Boston or one of the renowned apizza places in New Haven, Connecticut, such as Pepe's, Modern, Bar, or Sally's. There are certainly some pizzerias north of Boston that can compete, but they mostly focus on a different style of pizza that's more baker-inspired. Dining at Ramuntos feels akin to being in Rapallo or Genoa, Italy.

A group of us were at Ramunto's last night to celebrate a friend's birthday in the River Room. Everyone had a wonderful time. Our server, Richelle B, was awesome from the time we arrived until the party ended, making sure we were well taken care of and had everything needed to make the celebration even better. Thank you Richelle and thank you Ramunto's!
