Was Lynn Fuller at Jack's (north) a mag?
I live outside of town and had car trouble tonight, leaving me stranded on the interstate. The police brought me to this restaurant to wait for my ride, which was hours away. I wasn't feeling well, but the staff was very compassionate. They allowed me to stay and even provided me with food at no charge, although I offered to pay. I will always be grateful for the kindness they showed me. View all feedback.

I placed a special order for my son's food due to his allergies. While the receipt was accurate, the actual order was incorrect. I know fast food sucks, I've worked it, but there is never an excuse at any job to be so rude and unfriendly to customers. If you hate your job so much, get another one. Food is good but customer service isn't there.

This location is falsely advertising a Strawberry Shake made of said Strawberry Icecream Vanilla Icecream when simply they could have omitted the said Strawberry Icecream and just used Vanilla Icecream and added Strawberry Syrup for a Strawberry Shake BUT DON 'T FALSELY ADVERTISE for something you don 't have when you could have gone to Durbin Farms across the street or Peach Park down the street to purchase Cotton Candy Icecream to make your one in a million NOT SO COTTON CANDY SHAKE- Dissatisfied Customer of a Strawberry Shake instead of said Cotton Candy Shake as falsely advertised!!!

I'm not quite sure what's happening at this Jacks, but I remember that a couple of years ago, the food was actually quite good. Lately, however, it seems like they no longer care about getting orders right. On our most recent visit, we ordered the $20 chicken family meal, and it was disappointing. The person responsible for preparing the chicken should not be coating pieces that are dark and have ruptured vessels. After seeing that, I completely lost my appetite. My husband, thinking it was fine, ate it twice and ended up getting sick and throwing up. I refused to eat it because it just didn't look right. It wasn't just one or two pieces; about five pieces appeared spoiled and had an unpleasant smell. The staff needs better training because it's disheartening to spend our hard-earned money on food that we should be able to trust. I reached out to them about our experience, but no one has gotten back to me through email or phone. It feels like our money has just gone down the drain. It's frustrating to see businesses profiting from selling subpar food while customers end up getting sick. This whole situation is ridiculous, and I’m really upset about it. Proper training for the staff, along with good oversight from management, is essential.

Overall, the service at Jack's has significantly declined over the past few years.
