Actually, I don't think there are any other seafood restaurants around anyway. This is definitely one of the best Captain D's locations I have ever visited. Arrived at 10:30 was told by a manager that you can only order take out because they were short staffed. We said we are going out. Then black cashier who I ordered a family meal from turned and went into the kitchen . We waited about a minute she did not come back so. We left. Terrible customer service,!!! Outstanding service, incredibly friendly staff, and always delicious food!
Sherree is a true asset to this establishment. She is genuine and highly professional. When we encountered an issue with our meal, Sherree promptly resolved it. As we sat waiting for our food, it was clear that she is the one who truly manages this place. She was also incredibly attentive and kind to all the other customers, ensuring everyone was well taken care of. Don’t let her go; she’s a gem!
We visited this Captain D's on February 10, 2022, as we were heading north on I-65. I want to commend both the staff and the franchise for providing an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived until we left, the service was incredibly professional. Everything we ordered was fantastic, and I would rate the food and cleanliness as a solid 99 out of 100! Thank you once again for such a wonderful visit.
