As we sat and waited on our food, it was obvious that she makes this place run. She was so attentive and nice to the other customers as well and made sure everybody was taken care of. Don’t let her go, she is a gem!

From time we walked in until we left it was highly professional service. The food was excellent! Everything we had was great. Their food/cleanliness rating is a 99. Wow!! Thanks again..

I literally put my truck in park and looked in rearview window to see the employee bringing my order to me. So attentive, she noticed we didnt choose sauces online so she asked if I wanted any. Actually, I don't think... read more If you are in the Chilton County area and are looking for some seafood at a very reasonable price, then this is the restaurant for you. Actually, I don't think there are any other seafood restaurants around anyway. This is definitely one of the best Captain D's locations I have ever visited. The employees get my order correct every single time. They are always very polite and helpful. The manager is great. I recommend visiting this Captain D's.

Then black cashier who I orde... read more Arrived at 10:30 was told by a manager that you can only order take out because they were short staffed. We said we are going out. Then black cashier who I ordered a family meal from turned and went into the kitchen . We waited about a minute she did not come back so. We left. Terrible customer service,!!! You lost over a $40 order. I was in the fast food business for over 40 years and if I had seen this type of rude service I would have fired all of the people ,then you would have really been short staffed. Also I see why your rating is a 3.7 which is awful!!?
