This Captain D’s looked spotless and well maintained. The food is almost always hit, fresh, and delicious. I ordered via their app and picked up through the drive-thru. Be aware that they will ask you to go inside to pick up mobile orders now. It was something I wasn’t aware of and luckily they let me stay in the drive thru for pick up this time. What M3GAN doesn't like about Captain D's:
This restaurant is never open when it says it’s going to be. I understand that they don’t have employees but even when they are open no one will answer the drive thru speaker. They just ignore you and turn the lights out to make it seem as if they are closed. View all feedback.
Very surprised. Food was hot, fresh and good the last three time we have gotten fish cooked country
They would have gotten more as I honestly love our store, but tonight was just horrible. Id suggest eating here for lunch and nothing after 9 as when we ordered, we had a long wait. That's typical when you are getting fresh food but when we got home, the only fresh thing we had was the clam strips... Everything was cold. The order for the sides was wrong on one plate. The Ultimate seafood platter was supposed to come with more than four small popcorn shrimp but at least there was some there. Even the girl at the window forgot our drinks and when reminded of them acted like it was a task to do so. This was at nine... They didn't close till eleven this night so there is no excuse for the cold food and the additude.
Service was slow, incorrect order. They didn’t give out numbers so they were guessing which table to deliver
The food tastes good while I'm eating it, but I end up tasting it for the rest of the day.
The inside of the fish was mushy and the potatoe was hard as a brick inside. It was take out and I tried to call them and they wouldn't answer their phone.It had been awhile since I've been there and I really wanted their fish. Extremely disappointed.
