I understand they may be short-staffed, but even when they are open, no one responds at the drive-thru speaker. They tend to ignore customers and turn off the lights, giving the impression that they are closed.

I ordered via their app and picked up through the dri... read more This Captain D’s looked spotless and well maintained. The food is almost always hit, fresh, and delicious. I ordered via their app and picked up through the drive-thru. Be aware that they will ask you to go inside to pick up mobile orders now. It was something I wasn’t aware of and luckily they let me stay in the drive thru for pick up this time. The service was friendly. I got the jalapeño poppers and 10 pc shrimp plate with fries and slaw. Everything was hot and delicious

The owner needs to know that he or she is paying wo... read more The lobby is always closed if you go to the drive thru the menu light is off and they won't take your order. The owner needs to know that he or she is paying workers to dodge customers. I plan to call corporate and let them know that they need to let someone have this location that will open the doors and the driver thru.

My mother went there tonight 7/25/23 arrived at 7:45 along with 3 other cars she had 3 cars infront of her and when she finally got to the microphone no one ans... read more My mother went there tonight 7/25/23 arrived at 7:45 along with 3 other cars she had 3 cars infront of her and when she finally got to the microphone no one answered which it was 7:55pm. She went up to the window where she was met by a young female associate who was rude and told her I shut the microphone off at 7:55 i don’t know why you waited around we close at 8 it’s now 8:02. She began arguing with my mother who is on oxygen after my mother said you guys had customers here before 8pm the girl didn’t care and was rude about it 4 customers who arrived before closing left the restaurant with no food. The service was very poor there was no need to be rude or argue good customer service means you serve every customer that was present prior to closing very unacceptable
