After being thrown out like a mess from the restaurant in the village of Clans, I came here a bit by chance. What a nice surprise: the welcome is excellent and friendliness is essential. We immediately feel welcome. The cuisine is homemade. I tasted a baked trout: it was perfectly cooked. The tiramisu is okay. I will remember this address when I return to the Tinée valley. THANKS. What a surprise to find this super Chef who was at the time at Terroir Divin in Nice now at the Pont de Clans in the hinterland.
