Elliott's Back Street Barbecue - Feedback

"I try to eat at Elliot's about five or six times a year. What sets them apart from other BBQ places is their unique approach—it's clear that they prioritize quality and customer satisfaction, as they've managed to stay in business thanks to a loyal customer base. Unlike many places that rely on bottled BBQ sauces with various seasonings, Elliot's keeps it simple. While the quality of the meat can vary from week to week, they generally serve good food. I particularly enjoy their freshly cut fries, which remind me of a visit to Kennywood. Depending on the time of day and how long the food has been cooked, the ribs and other meats can sometimes be overcooked. However, overall, I think Elliot's is a very good, yet not exceptional, place to eat, and it's particularly affordable.".
