Paying $28 for a 12-inch sub, cup of soup, and fountain drink is excessive, especially considering that there are no discounts offered for a combo meal. It seems as though the prices are almost twice as much as a regular Quiznos.

When I requested black pepper, I was informed that it came in small packets for me to add myself. This extra step of unwrapping, opening, seasoning, closing, and rewrapping the packets seemed unnecessary. It's like going to a high-end restaurant and being given plastic forks. Let's keep it classy!
