Our first impression was very good. Greeted immediately, and seated right away. It was a Sunday, super late lunch/way too early dinner. Our server was nice and our food was very good. I felt the prices were very reasonable and we had good portions of food. I would return again.

Waves is 60/40. Almost the luck of the draw. You go on a good night, and it may be the best restaurant on The Mile. But on average to bad nights, you'll wonder... read more Waves is 60/40. Almost the luck of the draw. You go on a good night, and it may be the best restaurant on The Mile. But on average to bad nights, you'll wonder how this place has made it over 20 years. They do have a fun menu. The crab dip and coconut shrimp are staples and are usually delicious. The ceasar salad is usually a solid choice. The bar is a shot and beer bar, the ole fashioneds aren't very well prepared I think The Waves is always worth a shot.

Forgot one of our appetizers, server was very inattentive,... read more Horrible experience, I will never return here. Came with a party of 4 and had issues from the start. Forgot one of our appetizers, server was very inattentive, never once asked if I needed a refill or cleared our table of dirty dishes. We had a quality issue with one of our meals, and instead of being helped, we were literally confronted by the manager. Ultimately they comped our entire bill but what else could they do because we barely ate the food. I would have much rather have had a good experience instead of a discount. Very unfortunate.
