Costa Coffee - Clacton-on-Sea

The coffee is excellent and the staff are very friendly. However, my older son wasn't impressed; he ended up sitting under the table. I'll let him out if he behaves after just two tries.

My wife and I recently visited this restaurant for a break. Although they were very busy, the staff was fantastic. They remained calm, and everyone appeared to be in good spirits. I even had the opportunity to chat with the manager, who welcomed my suggestion about making the entrance more accessible for those with disabilities. When I needed to use the restroom, he kindly opened the door for me since I have a disability. The service was excellent, and we always make a point to visit when we're in the city. Great job, everyone! Keep up the good work!
