I expected a substantial gluten-free menu based on the reviews and the information on their website. However, I found that there are very few gluten-free options at breakfast. I’m confused by their claim on the website that they offer the best gluten-free menu in Essex. I haven't received my food yet, but I'm surprised by the menu. There are several items that are likely gluten-free but aren’t labeled as such (like an omelette, which typically shouldn’t contain gluten, right?).

We visited for lunch, and the staff were very knowledgeable. They served fantastic gluten-free fish and chips, and I had no adverse reactions afterwards.
