Went here for weekday lunch prior to nearby appointment. Located in a neighborhood strip mall with adequate parking. All seats are located along the conveyor belt with no booths on the main floor. Looked like there were some tables on the upper floor? Had a better than average selection of sushi on the conveyor, and you could order rolls and udon from the menu. What NancyR142 doesn't like about Versi And Grill:
Portions of sushi rolls off the menu are GIANT, order 1 at a time, you were warned. Dressing on top of rolls is excessive too much sauce on top of everything. Sushi train is cool. Even house salad missed the mark. View all feedback.
Awesome place! The food and drinks is very delicious.

Try this grimy little place out on the suggestion of a friend. Serves me right to listen to my friends LOL I want specifically for the calamari which was surprisingly served hot but, was way too salty for my taste. My first clue should have been the fact that it was called salt and pepper calamari. Duh! The real that down here was that instead dredging the calamari in flour and spices they used a wet batter like you would for fish and chips. It was way undercooked and left a doughy raw flour taste in my mouth which was really off-putting. Ordered one of theirs signature sushi whose Name Escapes Me. Just as well. We ordered it with real crab as opposed to the fake stuff and was the only time I was ever disappointed in a sushi roll that had real crab. This was the driest, most on unappetizing I have ever eaten. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this claim stand and would recommend that you have waited as well. The prices aren't particularly good and there are way better choices out there

Items seemed well-prepared, the only mild complaint was the broth for the udon was slightly fishier than some. Servers were attentive and responsive without being intrusive and were very pleasant. Cost was reasonable. Would definitely go again if in the area.
The best chicken katsu I have had in the Portland area. The sauce that comes with it is amazing. Generous portions. The sushi is well prepared and their is a good selection.
