Had a delivery here Sunday 08/08/21 on a partial load. Soon as I arrived I was greeted and told to call a number for the receiving office to get assigned a door. Plenty of room to dock and then some and it took them under 10 minutes to unload the product. 10/10 experience would definitely come back View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pacific Seafood:
Ordered scallops not cheap and was disappointed bag arrived open. Salmon was packed in white bags with no label of the type of salmon. Shrimp was from Japan and processed in China. You be the judge but not what I was looking gir View all feedback.
Parking at the Loading Docks is a breeze. The staff is efficient, friendly, and always ready to assist.
I had a delivery here on Sunday, August 8, 2021, with a partial load. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and instructed to call a number for the receiving office to be assigned a door. There was ample space for docking, and they unloaded the product in under 10 minutes. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience—I would definitely return!
The worker in the shipping department of the warehouse was quite unmotivated.
I am a regular customer at the Powell location. I so wanted to love the online store as the will call is within tens minutes of our house.Unfortunately the food I received is so much smaller than at the store and the king salmon looks nothing like the picture small squares not strips)! Lesson learned :
Starting to mistreat employee, will be monitoring the situation.
