However, when I got home, the bowl only contained corn and chicken—no mashed potatoes. When I called to request a refund, they refused and said I had to return to the store for a replacement instead.

I as... read more I ordered a spicy famous bowl with extra gravy on the side, when I got to the window I was shocked to find out a bit of extra gravy was gonna cost me 2.99. I asked for a refund and gave back the gravy since I could make a .99 cent pack and get 3 times asmuch. I was hesitant to give my card back for a refund since I had been double charged before but the lady said thats how itworks at there store, I got home and checked and I had been double charged. I called the store right away and the manager saidhe expected my call after speaking with his coworker, they are willing to correct the issue I just have to come back in. To topit off I go to look at my food and it barely has any gravy on it, so not only were they gonna charge through the roof for extragravy but they didn't even put the appropriate amount on my order to begin with.

We enjoy the classic chicken sandwich or the mac & cheese chicken bowl, paired with two large root beer floats—all for under $20 for two people. The staff are always friendly as well!

While a manager... read more KFC has really declined over the past six months. If you order a chicken sandwich, it looks like a piece of cardboard—super thin and rock hard. While a manager replaced it for me before, tonight I was met with arguments and told that all their sandwiches are like this, even though they fixed it previously. I'm completely done with this place and will just drive to Oregon City next time to try a different menu.

I could clearly tell he was still very new, but he was putting in a lot of effort. When he was on break we chatted and I made sure to let him know he was doing a great job,and that he would get the hang of it soon. Quality of the food was what I?ve come to expect of KFC ? nostalgic comfort food. Istop in two or three times a year for my fix.
