Great Harvest - Clackamas

Great bread, but the staff is unfriendly. I worked in the same facility and it was great, but recently it is on the hill. Also no custom sandwich?s that suck.

Unfortunately, this restaurant has strayed from its once exceptional customer service. During my last visit, the place was relatively quiet, and the staff chose to chat among themselves, neglecting the few customers they had. When my name was called to pick up my order, not all of the items I paid for were in my bag. They simply left my bread on the table without a word. I went back to get it, but sadly, I later discovered that several items were still missing from my order once I got home. This is not the standard of service they used to provide. While their bakery and food items remain good, the decline in customer service will ultimately hurt their business.

Large Harvest presents an extensive variety of freshly baked breads and a delightful assortment of sweets, including scones, cookies, and cinnamon rolls. The salted caramel cookies are truly exceptional. The Challah is a must-try, and the Sunrise breakfast roll features a surprising combination of ham, egg, and potatoes enveloped in a delicious dough.

I've visited this bakery several times and really enjoy their bread and sandwiches. However, my most recent experience was not pleasant. I'm currently pregnant and usually come here weekly to grab a sandwich after my appointments, along with some bread and treats. I asked if they could heat the turkey in the microwave for about 30 seconds so I could have lunch, which they’ve done for me in the past. But today, they told me they no longer provide that service. I found that very disappointing and a sign of poor customer service. I won't be returning.

I placed a large sandwich order a day prior, and when I came in to pick it up, the sandwiches were neatly packaged and labeled, and a nice gentleman walked them to my car for me. Great sandwiches and stellar service!
