The burger was undercooked yet somehow dry, and it took 20 minutes to to get my order after i arrived even tho I ordered on the app 10 minutes before walking thru the door. When we got there the place was empty and theysaid it would take 4 minutes more and then they finally started making my meal.... And the fries were minimal, I have gottenmore fries in a little order then I got today and I ordered a regular.

Today I came in for a pick up that was placed 45 min ago and theorder was still not ready.

They should close at 9pm. The staff are done at 9pm. They start cleaning stuff at 9pm. There is more importance on the team leaving fast than customer service.... read more They should close at 9pm. If you aren't going to offer a full service, full menu experience because staff want toleave fast. Then just close earlier. You are punishing customers who want a 9:30pm burger because the staff want to get home 10minutes quicker. There were 6 people on staff, I have a feeling that they can clean after they close and still get it done inless than an hour. This is just bad management in action. They messed up everything. Gave me cold food and then sent me to acoke machine that was also shut down. Don't charge people for 30% of the work. Never going back here again.

I waited very nice and patiently for 44 minutes, received my burger and fries and thanked the two workers for the food. Everyone waiting (like15 people) were getting fairly impatient and I was just very grateful to not have had anything pressing to do within thehour. This time my wife waited for a half an hour for two burgers. She said that there was one worker who was working hard andthe other one wasn't doing much. She said that other people came in and got their food and left before she was ever handed ourburgers. She ended up having to go ask about how much longer it would be and then they grabbed the bag of burgers and handedthem to her. She was now wondering how long they had been sitting there getting cold while she was one of very few folks in therestaurant. I think that if these burgers were able to be offered to us within a reasonable amount of time, this review would bea four/five star. If they can get those times down, it would be a lovely place.
