You really need to book as its no-nonsense, efficiently served lunchtime food is very popular with local office workers. We had tarte salée (with lardons and...goat's cheese), steak chips followed by a very good crème brûlée; all washed down with decent house wine. Alternatively, you can avoid the lunchtime rush and while away the afternoon with a good beer (try the Affligem) and watch the world go by.
