I stayed with you in June, really poor service: food almost inmangiabile, instead of pasta alla carbonara was pasta with frittata, not to mention the steaks.. simple kitchen and with local products does not mean skied and thrown into the table somehow and. Very nice place and facilities, also beautiful idea of the hot tube, but very little attention to details. very kind but unprofessional staff. we were very disappointed by the dinner (pasta with vegetables and slices to the ferries and salad for dessert) brought in the plastic trays. no one who took away the finished aperitif board, when we left the next morning was still all there under the sun including jam jars (not monodose). after dinner the dog of the estate came to lick the leftovers from the trays on the table. As soon as we arrive, we are aware that the air conditioner was dead, useless to say that with 37 degrees inside that tent you could not set foot. despite the discomfort at check out there was not removed a euro from the account. for breakfast only coffee soluble. I would have been satisfied if I paid half, for that price we didn't exactly. beautiful structure but is not a glamping.
The place is very nice. we slept in the tree house and really is a beautiful experience of peace and tranquility. beautiful hot tube, perfect both in the afternoon and the next morning. Magda (sympathetic that greeted us, brought us around to see the place. and these are the good things. the painful points are, in addition to the lack of mosquito nets and tents in the cottage (then insects and light at five in the morning) dinner and breakfast, for a place that is called glamping. the dinner was delivered in a fridge bag inside plastic containers. apart from the quality (everyone has its goti but we left almost everything) I expected (glamping a more well-kept service and the dishes better successful. the breakfast was with milk and coffee thermos and with a squeezed buffet. buffet in covid period is already a thing to stigmatize. We were the first. a person to welcome, a person (different) to greetings in the morning. a little bit as a service (repeat: glamping). I said this if I spent half of what I spent there would not be much to say but since the experience is sold as glamping I demand a glamping. so much to say: at dinner we opened a bottle of Prosecco: added to the account. a tip: try to improve these things because if it really can hurt you disappointed. I think I'll repeat the glamping experience, but not here.

With 37 degrees you can not have the broken air conditioning, the tent was sauna until 22, absurd. the structure is beautiful and the staff very kind and to the hand but it is not a suitable service for the price required. hygienic and anti covid standards leave a little to be desired. I had paid less I would not have been disappointed.
