a very good hotel. recommended if you travel by work or alone. There is always silence and tranquility in all parts of the hotel. There's a very good service, and a lovely receptionist. the buffet was very good with a lot of variety. the only defect was that for unknown reasons the magnetic cards/keys were broken and were not allowed to enter the room. excellent cleaning service View all feedback.

The restaurant roberto is located in the doña carlota hotel, in the wonderful real city. this place was opened in 1993. is a smart hotel where there is a perfect combination between classic and modern. As for the restaurant, it has a gastronomic offer that masterfully combines regional products and traditional cuisine with an innovative and creative touch.
Cafeteria cerrada en fin de semana, habitación grande con buen baño pero descuidada de pintura y cortinas, ascensores viejos
Hotel muy bonito y elegante, personal muy con el cliente. Relación calidad precio muy buena.El buffet del desayuno aceptable Habitaciones cómodas sin más. Limpieza bién. He de decir qué es mi segunda vez, estuve hace unos años. En aquel entonces le puse 5 estrellas a todo(menos ubicación) hoy por hoy cambio de opinión. Hay una falta de mantenimiento brutal. Paredes de habitación que no vendría mal una mano de pintura, lo mismo en alguna zona común como pasillos. Algo que nos llamó la atención fue en el comedor de desayuno al mirar al techo y ver la chapuza que al pintar habían hecho Un hotel de 4 estrellas que está a la altura de 2 estrellas. De verdad qué lo siento pues el hotel es muy bonito. Cuídenlo!!!
Tenía un problema en el inodoro la habitación 314 y tuve que cerrar la entrada de agua del mismo, porque saltaba la entrada de agua cada poco
Estacionamiento seguro gratuito, excelente check-in, servicio al cliente excelente. habitaciones súper limpias, ducha enorme en la habitación 308, da al estacionamiento, por lo que es un gran enemigo revisar el auto. Todo alrededor Gran estancia
