The staff were quite rude and unsympathetic when the point was raised that the restaurant should pay for the cleaning of the buggy cover especially as it would be an inconvenience to get it cleaned. In the end after some argument from the manager stating they would not pay for the cleaning, my brother in law had to fill in an official complaints form when the restaurant could have simply offered to pay for the cover to be cleaned.
