that was my second time eating in migrants. I had to come back to experience one of their 2 tasting menus. So I was so down for the 6 cursor tasting trip. all I can say is chef fernando martinez is a “maestro de l cocina” and he has served a symphony for our paletes. each curs managed to surpass the previous creation and they are creations, designed to tease and ask all their senses.
