What G likes about Restaurante Y Bar Fusión:
Spacious open plan dining area with the bar at the back center. The service was excellent with the food arrivit quickly and the servers attentive. Even so it doesn't feel rushed and you can still sit and eat in a relaxed atmosphere. The sushi and fish of the day were extremely fresh and delicious with on-point presentation. Food was alright , but the biggest issue was the portion sizes. Compared to the U.S, and even other spots in town, Fusion will serve you nigiri half the size of what it should be. The salmon rolls we ordered were made up of 10% salmon and 70% cucumber. So to me, the prices did not seem fair for their sushi menu.
